| 摘 要： | 分时度假在我国推广过程中一度＂水土不服＂,突出表现为有效需求不足。通过对国内外分时度假发展现状梳理与经验借鉴,把握我国本土消费者的需求特点,提出了我国分时度假发展新业态：分时共享产权度假及其产权交易证券化。

| Abstract: | Timeshare,as one kind of imported Products,goes on hard in China,especially for lack of effective demand.The paper analyzes the status quo of the development of timeshare at home and abroad,and uses the successful foreign experiences for reference.It sets forth new type of operation of timeshare on the basis of consumer demand characteristics in China,such as time & property sharing and its securitization of property exchange. |
