| 摘 要： | 散客旅游是旅游业发展的大趋势,散客对景区、酒店、旅行社的评价直接影响到这些旅游企业的服务质量。在衡山国家级重点风景名胜区对散客进行旅游满意度的调查,调查分析散客旅游活动中吃、住、行、游、购、娱的满意度,从而找出衡山景区服务的不足,为景区服务质量的提高提出对应的建议与对策。
