| 摘 要： | 从对旅游院校大学毕业生＂供需错位＂的机制性原因分析入手,提出解决旅游高等教育产业适应性失衡,必须给旅游高等教育更大的适应产业发展的空间,提升旅游高等职业教育层次、发挥独立设置的旅游院校的长处,以适应旅游业战略性支柱产业发展的人才需求。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the mechanism reasons of Dislocation of supply and demand of postgraduates from tourism colleges,the paper suggested that more room be applied to tourism higher education,the level of tourism vocational education be extended,the advantages of independently-et tourism colleges be strengthened to meet the demand of talented person of strategic pillar industry. |
