基于因子分析的旅游类高职高专毕业生就业满意度探析

随着旅游业战略性支柱产业地位的确立,旅游业跨越式发展时代的到来,作为培养旅游业人才重要摇篮的高职高专院校,在大力倡导以就业为导向的教育方针下,需将视角从量化的就业率扩展到就业质量,进一步优化高职高专教育的结果。对某高职高专毕业生进行抽样调查,通过SPSS13.0软件对调查数据进行因子分析和多元回归分析,得出高职高专就业满意的主要影响因素。通过对影响因素的分析,指出科学的大学生就业指导课程体系的建立是提高毕业生就业满意的先决条件。
