关于构建海峡西岸经济区知识产权战略联盟的设想

2008年4月9日,国务院会议审议通过国家知识产权战略纲要,预示着我国国家知识产权战略即将出台。在国家高度重视知识产权的同时,几个较大区域的知识产权战略联盟也正处于蓬勃发展和完善之中。在介绍泛珠三角等几个大区域知识产权战略联盟发展情况的基础上,分析了建立海峡西岸经济区知识产权战略联盟的可行性,最后提出了建议,希望对海峡西岸经济区的发展尽一份力量。

About the Assumption of Constructing Intellectual Property Rights Strategic Alliance in Economic Zone on the Western Coast of the Taiwan Straits

On April 9,2008,meeting of the State Council examined and approved the State Intellectual Property Strategic Program,which indicates that China's national intellectual property strategy is forthcoming.Our country attaches great importance to intellectual property rights now,at the same time,several of the larger regional intellectual property rights strategic alliance is also in the rapid development and perfection.At first,this article introduces the development of several major intellectual property strategic alliances such as PPRD.Then analyze the feasibility of constructing intellectual property rights strategic alliance in Economic Zone on the Western Coast of the Taiwan Straits.Finally,this article makes a suggestion.
