| 摘 要： | 作为矿产资源规划技术方法之一,SWOT分析在决定区域矿产资源开发利用的战略选择方面具有显著的应用意义.运用SWOT分析,找出影响区域矿产资源开发利用的四类关键因素:内部优势(S)、内部劣势(W)、外部机遇(O)及外部威胁(T).在此基础上,运用SWOT交叉组合分析和矩阵模型等方法,可以对区域矿产资源开发利用的重点战略给予确定并加以完善.最后,指出了SWOT分析应用于区域矿产资源规划的一些不足.

| Abstract: | As one of the technical methods for mineral resources planning,SWOT analysis has a significant application in determining the strategic choice for exploiting and utilizing the regional mineral resources.Four key factors affecting the exploitation and utilization of regional mineral resources have been discovered by means of SWOT analysis,which are internal strengths(S),internal weaknesses(W),external opportunities(O)and external threats(T).Based on this,the key strategy for exploiting and utilizing the regional mineral resources can be determined and improved by using cross and combined analysis and matrix model.The paper also points out some deficiencies of applying SWOT analysis in regional mineral resources planning. |
