The Impressionistic Paintings that first began to appeare in France in the latter half of the 19th century had been an innovation in that it not only provided various ways of expression but also adopted a set of new skills that is in accordance with optical principles to capture transient images of light and colour. The Impressionism, which was the prelude for those changes in paintings that happened in 20th century, had been devoted to capturing the image of colours and expressing people's inner feelings represented by those colours, and stress on painting itself as a kind of language.
