摘 要: | 近年来,随着信息技术的不断进步,电子商务在旅游业中的应用范围越来越广泛,应用模式越来越多元。基于中国期刊全文数据库文献,以“旅游电子商务”为主题进行检索,梳理了2009年1月至2013年12月的254篇相关文献,并选取其中的百余篇代表性文献进行了分析。将旅游电子商务研究内容划分为7大类,即现状与对策研究、技术和工具研究、ICT与目的地系统研究、旅游企业电子商务应用研究、旅游网站研究、旅游消费者行为研究和旅游电子商务教育研究,并逐类进行了简要述评。

A Review of New Researches on E-business for Tourism in China |

Abstract: | In recent years,with the constant development of information technology,e-business has been applied to the tourism industry more widely,and the application mode has become more diverse.Based on China journal full text database and the theme of “e-business for tourism”,the paper retrieved 254 relevant literature between January 2009 and December 2013,and selected and analyzed more than 100 representative articles.It divided the research content of e-business for tourism into seven categories such as present situation and countermeasure, technology and tool, ICT and destination system, application of e-business to tourism enterprise, tourism website,consumer behavior and e-business for tourism education.Finally,it reviewed each category briefly. |
