新农村建设背景下的农村生产经营组织模式构建

文章在分析目前各类农业生产经营组织模式优劣的基础上,结合中国国情和新农村建设以及改革发展要求,构建了新农村开发试点区新模式。该模式以保证农民实际拥有土地权益为前提,借鉴委托代理理论和工商企业组织经营管理经验,将实现农业职业经理人与农村资源的有效结合、农村地区企业化生产经营管理方式的变革和区域内农民的共同富裕,并辐射带动周边农村地区的发展。
