| 摘 要： | 供应链融资服务是一种新型的银行金融产品服务,是实现中小企业资金市场化的有效切入点。本文根据企业间的供应链构架建立了供应链融资意义下的收益模型,分析了融资企业努力水平与合作企业、金融机构等诸要素之间的相关关系,引入供应链努力水平均衡线概念,在此基础上,分析了企业获取最大收益的有效途径。
