| 摘 要： | 文中针对林产品物流绩效评价指标体系,利用层次分析法来确定各评价指标的权重分配。首先建立递阶层次结构然后利用层次分析法,提出评价指标权值的计算方法,并根据专家意见构造判断矩阵,以Y地区为例计算出各指标的组合权重。由此,可以清晰地看出Y地区林产品物流绩效评价的价值取向和工作的轻重缓急,可以使林产品物流管理更加科学化、规范化。
