| 摘 要： | 目前．我国法官制度存在着诸多问题和矛盾，要改变这种现状，应借鉴西方两大法系法官制度的优点，进行三项改革：实行彻底的从律师中选拔法官的制度、大幅度地提高法官的待遇和排除非法学专业毕业生进入司法考试的可能性。
