| 摘 要： | 通常情况下,水工工程材料占比较大,若材料价格波动异常,将对工程造价产生很大影响,本文以A、B两个不同的实际工程为例,提出在合同约定不允许调差的情况下,应对材料价格上涨的策略,并总结造价管理经验,供业内同行参考。

| Abstract: | Under normal circumstances,hydraulic engineering materials account for a relatively large amount.If the material price fluctuates abnormally,it will have a great impact on the project cost.This article takes two different actual projects of A and B as examples,proposes the strategies to deal with rising material prices in the case that no contract adjustment is allowed,and sums up the experience of cost management for the reference of industry peers. |
