摘    要:在辊模施工中,辊模液压提升系统是一种桥梁高墩辊模施工装置,液压提升装置固定夹持在四根■的钢管立柱上,四根钢管立柱提供给爬升装置爬升所需的反力,控制系统控制提升装置的反复提升动作,从而实现与提升装置相连的辊模主模架的连续提升,而液压提升系统使用的核心技术是同步提升技术。

Abstract:In the roll mold construction,the roll mold hydraulic lifting system is a bridge high pier roll mold construction device.The hydraulic lifting device is fixedly clamped on four ■ steel pipe columns,which are provided to the climbing device for climbing.Four steel pipe columns provide the reaction force required for the climbing device to climb.The control system controls the repeated lifting actions of the lifting device,so as to achieve continuous lifting of the main mold frame of the roller mold connected to the lifting device,and the core technology used by the hydraulic lifting system is the synchronous lifting technology.
