摘    要:本文结合新建铁路东北东部铁路通道前阳至庄河段汤池特大桥(60+100+60)m悬臂浇筑预应力混凝土连续梁墩梁临时固结施工实例,详尽的论述了墩梁临时固结施工工艺中的技术难点及技术重点、临时固结、临时支座结构施工设计及固结设计验算指标、施工工艺流程及操作要点等内容。由于该项施工设计简捷明了,在实践中收到了十分理想的效果。

Abstract:Based on the example of the temporary consolidation construction of the pier and beam of the(60+100+60)m cantilever pouring prestressed concrete continuous beam of Tangchi super large bridge in Qianyang-Zhuanghe Section of the northeast east railway passage of the new railway,this paper discusses in detail the technical difficulties and key points in the construction technology of pier beam temporary consolidation,construction design of temporary consolidation and temporary support structure and consolidation design checking index,construction process and operation key points.As the construction design is simple and clear,it has received very ideal effect in practice.
