体积法测定的压实沥青混合料毛体积密度经济价值研究

压实沥青混合料毛体积密度的测定方法有多种,大家熟知的有表干法、水中重法、蜡封法,较少知道的是体积法。本文通过理论分析,试验验证,成本核算,着重通过国内压实沥青混合料毛体积密度测定常用的表干法与不常用的体积法进行对比分析论证,研究发现在实际工作中体积法测定的毛体积密度在沥青路面工程造价成本分析中较表干法更合适,更接近实际,且简单易测,具有不可小觑的经济价值。

Study on the Economic Value of the Bulk Volume Density of Compacted Asphalt Mixtures Determined by Volume Method

There are many methods to determine the bulk volume density of compacted asphalt mixture,which are well known as surface dry method,water weight method,wax sealing method,and less known is volume method.Through theoretical analysis,test verification and cost accounting,this paper focuses on the comparative analysis and demonstration between the common surface dry method and the uncommon volume method in the determination of bulk volume density of compacted asphalt mixture in China.It is found that the bulk volume density measured by the volume method in the actual work is more suitable,closer to the reality,and simple and easy to measure in the cost analysis of asphalt pavement engineering,and has economic value that cannot be underestimated.
