基于市政工程通病防治及品质提升的质量监督管理

作为一线质量监督人员,笔者亲历了新形势下常州市市政工程质量监督近年来主动转变思路、寻求突破,在确保结构安全前提下狠抓工程质量通病有效治理以及品质全力提升的探索与实践过程。结合工作实际,论文分析常州市在市政工程质量监督领域基于工作实际的目标、方法和措施,介绍反映典型质量监督工作成效的工程实例。

Quality Supervision and Management Based on the Prevention and Control of Common Faults and Quality Improvement of Municipal Engineering

As the first-line quality supervision personnel, the author has experienced the exploration and practice process of Changzhou municipal engineering quality supervision in recent years, which actively changes the thinking and seeks for breakthrough, and under the premise of ensuring structural safety, pays close attention to the effective treatment of common engineering quality problems and the full improvement of quality. Combined with the actual work, this paper analyzes the objectives, methods and measures of Changzhou City in the field of municipal engineering quality supervision, and introduces the typical engineering examples reflecting the effectiveness of quality supervision.
