| 摘 要： | 精益生产关注的是减少库存、消除浪费、降低成本,约束理论是通过识别约束、分析约束和突破约束来提升系统的整体性能。本文通过两者的对比分析,建立集成模式,使两者优势互补,达到1+1>2的集成效应。并利用集成模式对某机床钢导轨制造厂瓶颈工序进行改善分析,验证集成模式的有效性。

| Abstract: | Lean Production focuses on reducing inventory,eliminating waste and reducing cost.Theory of Constraint improves system performance by focusing,analyzing and solving the constraint in an overall view.In this paper,through the comparative analysis of the two,the integration framework is built to make the two complementary advantages and achieve the integration effect of 1+1>2.And the integration mode is used to improve the bottleneck process of a machine tool steel guide factory and validate the effectiveness of the integration framework. |
