渝黔铁路通道现状问题及对策研究

渝黔铁路通道是包(银)海、兰(西)广高铁主通道和西路陆海新通道的重要组成部分,通道现状存在货运能力饱和、客运效率较低等问题。以通道客、货运量预测为基础,分析既有铁路能力适应性及存在问题,提出川黔铁路增建二线和新建渝贵高铁两个建设方案,从线路能力、运输组织、服务效率、支撑国家战略等角度,比选通道建设方案,并提出通道构建对策。

The Current Problem and Countermeasure Research of Chongqing-Guizhou Railway Corridor

Chongqing-Guizhou railway corridor is an important component of Baotou(Yinchuan)-Haikou high-speed railway corridor,Lanzhou(Xining)-Guangzhou high-speed railway corridor and new western land-sea corridor, with several problems such as the saturating freight capacity and the low passenger transport efficiency existing. Based on the passenger volume and freight volume forecast, this article analyzes the adaptation and problems of the current railway capacity and then proposes two schemes including constructing Chongqing-Guizhou high-speed railway and the second track of Sichuan-Guizhou railway. At last, this article will compare the two abovementioned schemes and present corridor construction strategies based on the railway capacity, transportation organization, service efficiency, national strategy, etc.
