| 摘 要： | 商品以中低档为主、发育空间不足、产业层次较低等问题是重庆市朝天门批发市场发展的制约因素。然而,出于历史传统、消费习惯与配套设施等诸多原因,重庆市朝天门批发市场面临外迁困境,对中心城高区市场提档升级、城市更新不利。基于此,研究通过实地调研与数据分析,试图了解市场内批发企业的发展现状与搬迁动机的影响因素,并提出相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The commodities are mainly low-grade, insufficient development space, low industrial level and other issues are the constraints of the development of Chongqing Chaotianmen wholesale market. However, due to many reasons such as historical traditions,consumption habits, and supporting facilities, the Chaotianmen wholesale market in Chongqing is facing the dilemma of emigration, which is detrimental to the market upgrade and upgrade of the central city’s high district and urban renewal. Based on this, the research tries to understand the development status of the wholesale enterprises in the market and the influencing factors of the relocation motivation through field investigation and data analysis, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
