高校能源监管绩效评价体系设计研究

十九大以来,国家全面实施"十三五"规划,将节约资源写入基本国策,同时,国家的战略部署和政策激励对高校的能源监管也提出了更高的要求,监管模式的变革和创新已经成为我国高校能源管理的重要问题之一。本文以高校的能源监管评价绩效为主体,采用灰色综合评判方法对能源监管绩效评价各项指标的权重进行更科学的确定,从而实现高校能源监管绩效符合现实情况的真实评价,为高校能源监管绩效评价体系的科学构建提出合理性建议与对策。

Research on the Design of Performance Evaluation System of Energy Supervision in Universities

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the country has fully implemented the"13th Five-Year Plan",and has written resource conservation into its basic national policy.Reform and innovation have become one of the important issues of energy management in universities in China.This paper focuses on the performance of energy regulation evaluation in colleges and universities,and uses a gray comprehensive evaluation method to more scientifically determine the weight of each index of energy regulation performance evaluation,so as to achieve a true evaluation of the energy regulation performance of colleges and universities in line with the actual situation,and provides reasonable suggestions and countermeasures for the scientific construction of energy monitoring performance evaluation system in colleges and universities.
