摘    要:针对珲乌高速公路吉林至龙嘉机场段改扩建工程CJ01标段实际情况,在依据设计文件路面结构层拼接方式的基础上,对具体的沥青面层拼接工艺进行深入分析,包括接缝铣刨、接缝处理、接缝摊铺、接缝碾压,最后通过试验检测,得出本段沥青路面拼接效果良好,采用本工程对应的热拼接工艺,无论是整体外观还是内在质量,都好于传统冷拼接工艺的结论,旨在为类似改扩建项目提供可靠的技术参考。

Abstract:Based on the actual situation of the CJ01 section of the reconstruction and expansion project of the Jilin to Longjia Airport section of the Hunwu Expressway,on the basis of the pavement structure layer splicing method of the design document,an in-depth analysis of the specific asphalt surface splicing process is conducted,including joints milling,seam treatment,seam paving and seam rolling,and finally through test inspection,it is concluded that this section of asphalt pavement has good splicing effect.Using the hot splicing process corresponding to this project,both the overall appearance and internal quality are better than the conclusion of the traditional cold splicing process,which can provide a reliable technical reference for similar renovation and expansion projects.
