毗邻大都市区的中小城市国土空间综合交通体系规划研究——以漯河市为例

目前关于都市区综合交通体系规划研究大多数重视构建满足区域内互联互通的交通体系,而毗邻大都市区的中小城市往往关注自身交通体系的实施性和操作性,忽视与大都市区综合交通的战略性和协调性。因此,本文从区域协调角度,针对性地提出规划思路和建议,以期指导尤其中小城市在新一轮国土空间规划背景下的综合交通体系规划。

A Study on the Planning of Land and Space Comprehensive Transportation System of Small and Medium-sized Cities Adjacent to Metropolitan Areas: Taking Luohe City as an Example

At present,most studies on the planning of comprehensive transportation systems in metropolitan areas attach importance to building a transportation system that meets the interconnection of the region,and the small and medium-sized cities adjacent to metropolitan areas often pay attention to the implementation and operability of their own transportation systems and ignore the integration with metropolitan areas strategic and coordinated transportation.Therefore,from the perspective of regional coordination,this article puts forward planning ideas and suggestions in order to guide the comprehensive transportation system planning of small and medium-sized cities in the context of a new round of land and space planning.
