基于经济新常态的三峡库区专业技术人才开发策略研究

三峡库区是重庆经济社会发展比较滞后和薄弱的地区,而人才是推动地区经济社会发展的第一资源。在经济新常态下,三峡库区需要引进培养专业技术来推动经济社会发展。文章运用GM模型,结合三峡库区部分地区近年来发展指标,分析预测不同类型专业技术人才需求,提出一系列专业技术人才开发策略。

Research on the Development Strategy of Professional and Technical Talents in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area Based on the New Economic Normal

The Three Gorges Reservoir Area is a relatively lagging and weak area in Chongqing's economic and social development,and human resources are the first resource to promote regional economic and social development.Under the new economic normal,the Three Gorges Reservoir Area needs to introduce professional skills to promote economic and social development.The article uses the GM model,combines with the development indicators of some areas in the Three Gorges reservoir area in recent years,analyzes and predicts the needs of different types of professional and technical personnel,and proposes a series of professional and technical personnel development strategies.
