小型制造企业成本全程控制对策探讨

随着经济的发展,我国小型制造企业要想始终处于优势,不被社会淘汰,必须进行科学有效的成本控制。本文针对目前国内企业成本控制现状,分析了目前企业成本控制存在的问题,明确成本有效控制对企业发展的推进关系,并对成本控制策略进行了探讨,以期为国内企业尤其小型制造企业的发展提供参考。

Discussion on the Whole Process Cost Control of Small Manufacturing Enterprises

With the development of economy,the small-scale manufacturing enterprises in China must carry out scientific and effective cost control if they want to always be in an advantage and not be eliminated by the society.In view of the current situation of cost control in domestic enterprises,this paper analyzes the existing problems of cost control,clarifies the relationship between cost effective control and enterprise development,and discusses the cost control strategy,in order to provide reference for the development of domestic enterprises,especially small manufacturing enterprises.
