基于全过程工程咨询的四面体治理模式研究

随着全过程工程咨询的不断完善与发展,在实际工作中出现一些问题。为了解决一家全过程工程咨询公司可能与施工单位合谋欺诈业主的行为,需要对项目治理的模式提出对应的改进措施。传统的平面三角形治理模式存在一些无法解决的问题,只有不断创新工程管理模式,才可以保证项目治理的不断发展。文章主要对工程管理中单一全过程工程咨询存在的问题进行分析,并提出基于全过程工程咨询的四面体治理模式,运用三权分立和竞争合作的思想,以解决实际工作中监督不到位及技术水平不高的问题。

Research on Tetrahedron Governance Model Based on Whole Process Engineering Consultation

With the continuous improvement and development of the whole process of engineering consultation,there are some problems in the actual work.In order to solve the problem that a whole process engineering consulting company may collude with the construction company to cheat the owner,it is necessary to put forward corresponding improvement measures for the project governance mode.There are some unsolvable problems in the traditional plane triangle governance mode.Only by continuously innovating the project management mode can the continuous development of project governance be guaranteed.This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems of single whole process engineering consultation in engineering management,and puts forward the tetrahedral governance mode based on the whole process engineering consultation,using the thought of separation of powers and competition cooperation to solve the problems of inadequate supervision and low technical level in actual work.
