| 摘 要： | 数字化在疫情防控中发挥出重大作用。数字化迅速改变了人们的生产和生活,数字治理也成为我国将来社会治理的重要领域。数字治理既要发挥数字化技术和数字化平台发挥作用,也要守住为人民谋利益的底线,构建以人民为中心的数字治理机制。着力构建网络信息系统、构建数据交换机制、构建主流媒体舆论引导机制以及构建数字化的科学决策和社会治理机制。

| Abstract: | Digitalization plays an important role in epidemic prevention and control.Digitalization has rapidly changed people's production and life,and digital governance has become an important field of social governance in the future.Digital governance should not only play the role of digital technology and digital platform,but also keep the bottom line for the benefit of the people and build a peoplecentered digital governance mechanism.Efforts should be made to build a network information system,a data exchange mechanism,a public opinion guidance mechanism for mainstream media,and a digital scientific decision-making and social governance mechanism. |
