摘    要:为解决当前梅花井煤矿长距离单巷掘进过程中无法全部对巷道内全部非本质安全型设备进行断电的问题,通过分析当前煤矿安全监控系统无法实现远距离供电问题的原因,结合当前梅花井煤矿现有安全监控系统供电及巷道实际布局方式,提出将电压等级提升至24V并通过降低线缆电阻的方式,并通过111801工作面现场实践研究,结果表明这种方案具有实际操作价值,认为方案可行,简便高效;并探讨安全监控系统远距离供电对矿井安全生产的实践意义。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that all non-intrinsically safe equipment in the roadway cannot be powered off during the long-distance single-drilling process in Meihuajing Coal Mine,the cause that the current coal mine safety monitoring system cannot realize the long-distance power supply problem is analyzed.Combining with the Meihuajing Coal Mine's existing safety monitoring system power supply and actual layout of the roadway,the way of increasing the voltage level to 24V and reducing the cable resistance is proposed.And through the field practice research of 111801 working face,the results show that this scheme has practical operating value,the scheme is considered feasible,simple and efficient.And the practical significance of long-distance power supply of safety monitoring system for mine safety production is discussed.
