The ISO9000 quality management series of standards is an important guideline for enterprise management standards.Its core is customer focus,leadership,active participation of all employees,process methods,improvement,evidence-based decision-making,and relationship management.The seven principles are to guide enterprises to develop an effective program for management.This article takes carbon fiber production enterprises as an example,introduces how to apply the seven principles in enterprise management,and evaluate the application results.The results show that after application,the company's management capabilities have been improved,the product qualification rate has steadily increased year by year,the quality loss has gradually reduced,and the company's comprehensive strength has been enhanced.
