新冠疫情下高职国际贸易专业跨境电商人才培养模式研究

近年来,随着跨境电商的飞速发展,扩大了人才需求。高职院校作为人才培养的重要场所,国际贸易专业应紧跟时代发展,贴合市场需求,加快人才培养模式的改革步伐,最大限度为跨境电商行业提供人才支持。基于此,本文以新冠疫情为背景,首先分析了跨境电商发展现状以及跨境电商对国际贸易人才的需求,阐述了当前高职国际贸易专业人才培养存在的问题,并提出相应的改革建议,以期能够提高高职院校国际贸易专业人才培养质量,仅供参考。

Research on the Training Model of Cross-border E-commerce Professionals of International Trade Major in Higher Vocational Education under the 2019-nCoV

In recent years,with the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,the demand for talent has expanded.As an important place for talent training,higher vocational colleges should keep up with the development of the times,meet the needs of the market,speed up the reform of the talent training model,and provide talent support to the cross-border e-commerce industry to the greatest extent.Based on this,with the 2019-nCoV as the background,this paper first analyzes the development status of cross-border e-commerce and the demand of cross-border e-commerce for international trade talents,expounds the current problems in the training of international trade professionals in vocational education,and puts forward corresponding reform proposals,in order to improve the quality of vocational international trade professional training,for reference only.
