The Scarcity Overlay of Supply Chain Decision-making

The change of production relations and the urgent needs of the social environment have innovated the management tool form,and the supply chain has become more sustainable.High-quality decision-making is particularly scarce and critical for the virtuous cycle of the supply chain.Starting from the inevitability,this article proposes the challenges of taking the road of high quality,combining three major theoretical levels,and uses some successful cases to further summarize how to achieve the superposition of scarcity to achieve efficient decision-making.It is hoped that the views mentioned will be useful for reference in this field.
