作为世界工厂和世界最大的消费市场,中国吸引了全球各行业企业到中国投资;出现了大量工业厂房建设的项目。随着"中国速度"、"上海速度"各项记录的刷新,各行各业对工厂建设的周期要求更短,同时又对项目质量标准不能降低,也就是既要速度快又要质量高,给项目质量管理提出更高的要求。本文将分别从人员、设备、材料、方法和环境因素的控制、项目实施过程质量控制等两大方面,讨论新能源汽车厂项目质量控制。

Research on Influencing Factors and Control Application of Construction Quality Control in New Energy Automobile Plant

As the world’s factory and the world’s largest consumer market, China has attracted enterprises from all sectors of the world to invest, and a large number of industrial plant construction projects have emerged. With the refresh of the records of "China speed" and "Shanghai speed", all walks of life require shorter period of plant construction, but at the same time, the quality standard of the project cannot be reduced, that is to say, both the speed and the quality should be high, which puts forward higher requirements for project quality management. This paper will discuss the project quality control of new energy vehicle plant from two aspects: personnel, equipment, materials, methods and environmental factors control, project implementation process quality control.
