| 摘 要： | 随着近几年财税政策不断调整,代理记账公司面临的财税风险不断加大。本文从影响代理记账公司的财税政策入手,分析了新形势下代理记账公司面临的财税风险,从客户精细化管理、内控管理、人员素质提高、合同管理、降低人工成本、代理记账协会等方面提出了代理记账公司降低财税风险的措施。

| Abstract: | With the continuous adjustment of financial and tax policies in recent years, the financial and tax risks faced by bookkeeping agency companies are increasing. This paper starts with the financial and tax policies that affect the agency bookkeeping companies, analyzes the financial and tax risks faced by the agency bookkeeping companies under the new situation, and puts forward the measures to reduce the financial and tax risks of the agency bookkeeping companies from the aspects of customer refined management, internal control management,personnel quality improvement, contract management, labor cost reduction, agency bookkeeping association, etc. |
