| 摘 要： | 根据化工行业项目建设的特点,从EPC总承包商的角度,对几种常用的施工分包合同计价方式进行了梳理,从招投标、过程控制、结算和风险等角度分析了各种计价方式的优缺点及对项目管控的影响,对各种计价方式的适用范围提出了建议。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of project construction in the chemical industry,from the perspective of EPC general contractor,this paper sorts out several common pricing methods of construction subcontract,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various pricing methods and their impact on project management and control from the perspective of bidding,process control,settlement and risk,and puts forward suggestions on the applicable scope of various pricing methods. |
