| 摘 要： | 2019年爆发的COVID-19疫情对逆全球化发展及贸易保护主义抬头起了推动作用。所有在建的海外工程项目都应在严格防控COVID-19疫情并推动项目继续建设的基础上,关注项目所在地及周边公共安全风险的变化,采取积极的措施响应及降低影响项目公共安全的风险因素。

| Abstract: | The outbreak of COVID-19 has played an important role in promoting the development of counter-globalization and the rise of trade protectionism.All overseas under construction engineering projects should strictly prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic and promote the continued construction of the project,but also pay attention to the changes in public safety risks in and around the project location,and take active measures to response and reduce the risk factors that affect the public safety of the project. |
