钢铁企业物流信息化平台的建设探讨

摘    要:我国钢铁企业在现代发展中不但覆盖了国内市场,还成功与国际接轨,为行业带来的巨大经济收益,但同时也带来了大量用户需求,使钢铁企业必须提高自身产量,且借助物流来运输产品,以满足国内外用户需求。这时依靠普通物流平台虽然可以满足运输需求,但会出现信息展示不透明的问题,即产品一旦进入物流状态后,则企业与用户都很难知道产品在物流中的现状,这不利于企业与用户之间的沟通,难以实现物流上下游整合,对此本文认为有必要建设钢铁企业物流信息化平台,重点对该平台的基本概念、建设方案、实际作用进行分析,并在方案建设完成后进行了模拟测试,确认平台有效性。

Abstract:China's iron and steel enterprises not only cover the domestic market in the modern development,but also successfully integrate with the international market,bringing huge economic benefits to the industry,but also bringing a large number of user demand,so that the iron and steel enterprises must improve their own output,and transport products with the help of logistics to meet the needs of users at home and abroad.At this time,although relying on ordinary logistics platforms can meet the transportation needs,there will be a problem of opaque information display,that is,once the product enters the logistics state,it is difficult for the enterprise and the user to know the current status of the product in the logistics,which is not conducive to the communication between the enterprise and the user,and difficult to achieve the integration of upstream and downstream logistics.In this regard,it is necessary to build a logistics information platform for iron and steel enterprises,focusing on the analysis of the platform's basic concepts,construction plans,and actual role,and after the completion of the plan,a simulation test was conducted to confirm the effectiveness of the platform.
