| 摘 要： | 本文以河北省旅游扶贫绩效评估为研究对象,分析了旅游扶贫绩效评估的类型和目前河北省旅游扶贫绩效评估工作机制运行现状,从评估广度与深度、评估人员专业素养、评估项目选择、评估的可持续性等方面研究其不足,并提出评估工作机制的优化策略。

| Abstract: | The paper takes the performance appraisal of tourism poverty alleviation in Hebei province as the research object,analyzes the types and the current operation status of the performance evaluation mechanism,and then studies the deficiencies from the breadth and depth of the evaluation,the professional quality of the estimators,the selection of the evaluation projects and the sustainability of the evaluation,and puts forward the optimization strategy of the evaluation mechanism. |
