基于顶管法的综合管廊施工关键技术研究

摘    要:顶管法是地下综合管廊暗挖施工的主要形式之一,能较好的解决传统的开挖施工所产生的诸多弊端。文章在阐述顶管法基本原理和优势的基础上,结合南京市江北新区综合管廊项目,对施工关键技术分三阶段进行细化研究,重点明确了顶进推力的计算、优化了管节接口防水构造,分析了J0-J1区间沉降观测值,并针对性的总结了顶管施工中易出现的问题,提出应对措施,旨在为类似顶管法施工提供借鉴参考。

Abstract:The pipe jacking method is one of the main forms of underground excavation of underground integrated pipe gallery, which can better solve many disadvantages caused by traditional excavation. On the basis of expounding the basic principles and advantages of the pipe jacking method, combined with the integrated pipe gallery project in the Jiangbei New District of Nanjing City, this article studies the key technologies for construction in three stages, focuses on clarifying the calculation of jacking thrust, optimizing the waterproof structure of the pipe joint interface, analyzing the settlement observation values in the J0-J1 interval, and summing up the problems that are prone to occur in the construction of the jacking pipe, and proposes countermeasures, to provide reference for similar construction with pipe jacking method.
