| 摘 要： | 在市场经济条件下，农业产业化经营是实现农业经济可持续发展的制度创新，是实现第二、第三产业反哺农业的激励机制，是促进科技长入农业经济的载体、关键环节和改造传统农业的必由之路。我国要大力发展农业产业化经营．就必须健全市场体系，培育农业主导产业、抓好“龙头企业”和生产基地建设，促进农业合作经济组织的发展，建立和完善农业社会化服务体系，健全利益分配和协调机制。
