| 摘 要： | After a short-time interview in Anhui, I have a deep impression of the telecom regulation there. At present, regulation in telecom industry always is restricted in its implement. In that condition, our regulation department should be harmonious with telecom enterprises according to local telecom market and industry development. Also the customers must benefit from the regulation.Then the authority of telecom administration and the effect of telecom regulation will both be enhanced.
