| Abstract: | The problem of urban poverty and the social assistance has changed enormously since the System for ensuring a minimum standard of living was introduced in changzhou city. As changzhou case study, we explore specifically the life, features of group and the social assistance of urban households at the minimum standard of living, analyze problems in the execution of the social assistance, and propose approaches to problems finally. |
