| 摘 要： | 当前网络经济以及企业如何在网络环境中生存和发展,已经成为管理学界和公司管理者最为热衷的话题之一。文章首先回答了什么是网络经济,肯定了网络经济是一种新型的经济形态,并简要说明了网络经济兴起的原因。最后重点论述了网络经济所产生的作用和影响,笔者认为对于这个问题可以从经济发展、产业结构和企业管理三个层面来分析。

| Abstract: | Nowadays the cyber economy and how the enterprises can survive and develop in network has become the one of the most popular topics that manages educational circles and the administrators are talking about. The article has answered what is the cyber economy at first, and affirmed it is a kind of new-type economic form. Then has explained why cyber economy rises briefly. Finally discussed the function and influence of the cyber economy, and we can analyze this question from three aspects, that is economic development, industrial structure and business administration. |
