| 摘 要： | 文章从物流企业诚信问题的现状入手，分析了诚信问题出现的原因：立法不健全；教育不得力：失信成本低：管理缺位；信息不对称。在考虑政府、行业、企业的基础上，提出了解决方案：建立信用制度；加强信用教育；建立失信惩罚机制：提高物流企业准入门槛；行业协会监督物流企业信用评估工作：企业自身提高服务。
