Abstract:The new thought of using economics to study the layoff mechanism for human resource management was put forward. These functions of output value and wage inward or reword outward of the enterprise were constructed. By using quantitative economics, the economic models on the layoff mechanism were respectively set up under the conditions of continuous or discrete discounts. The analysis of demonstration and result were showed based on the models above and some correspond conclusions were also drawn.
