| 摘 要： | 环境综合整治在生态示范区建设规划中占有十分重要的地位,是生态示范区环境建设的重点任务;在分析泾县区域自然、社会、经济及环境质量现状的基础上拟定了该县环境综合整治的环境目标,从具体项目层次提出了合理调整产业结构和工业布局、综合治理水污染、综合利用固体废弃物及保护农村生态环境等环境综合整治的具体措施与对策。

| Abstract: | The comprehensive managements for environment play crucial roles in construction programming of ecological model zone,as well as the key duty.In this paper,comprehensive renovation for environment is regarded as the first prior situation in the construction or ecological model zones.It narrates the natural,social,economic and the present situation of the environment qualities in Jingxian County,also,putting forth the detail measures and applicable countermeasures about environmental comprehensive renovation in Jingxian County,such as adjusting industry structure and industry distribution,fathering water pollution,using solid castoff and protecting country entironment from the view of the specific items. |
