苏锡常地区行政区划调整实践研究

本文以苏锡常地区苏州市、无锡市、常州市三个城市为研究单元,以2007~2017年为研究时间段,从行政区划调整概况、建成区面积、人口规模及经济水平四个方面来进行苏锡常地区的行政区划调整实践研究。研究结果表明:2007~2017年,苏锡常地区三市社会经济发展水平不断提升。近10年来,苏州市建成区面积扩张程度最大,人口总量最高,经济发展速度最快,并在2017年达到了历史最高峰;无锡市在2012年实现了显著扩张,虽城市用地增长速度呈先快速上升再缓慢下降趋势,但仍保持较高的增长水平,经济发展速度较快,并在2010年和2017年实现高速增长;常州市城市空间平稳扩张,经济水平持续提高,并在2017年达到了历史最高峰。最后,本文就如何加强苏锡常地区经济圈建设提出相关建议,旨在为城镇行政区划调整研究提供深入的案例分析,也为其他中小型城市发展提供一些可借鉴的经验。

Study on the Practice of Administrative Division Adjustment in Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou

This paper takes the three cities of Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou as the research unit,and takes 2007 to 2017 as the research period,from the four aspects of administrative division adjustment,built-up area,population size and economic level.Regional administrative division adjustment practice research.The research results show that from 2007 to 2017,the social and economic development level of the three cities in Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou has been continuously improved.In the past 10 years,the built-up area of Suzhou has the largest expansion,the highest population,the fastest economic development,and reached its highest peak in 2017;Wuxi achieved significant expansion in 2012,although the growth rate of urban land use was First,it will rise rapidly and then slowly decline,but still maintain a high growth level,the economic development speed is fast,and achieve rapid growth in 2010 and 2017;Changzhou city space is expanding steadily,the economic level continues to improve,and in 2017 It reached the highest peak in history. In this paper, the paper puts forward relevant suggestions on how to strengthen the construction of the economic circle in Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou. The purpose is to provide in-depth case analysis for the study of urban administrative division adjustment, and to provide some lessons for other small and medium-sized cities.
