| 摘 要： | 2003年上半年,全国工业生产高速增长,主要煤炭消费行业产品产量大幅度上升,煤炭消费大量增加,煤炭出口保持较快增长势头,使煤炭库存保持在较低水平。煤炭市场在煤炭需求不断增长的情况下,总体上呈现供求基本平衡、部分煤种偏紧的态势。 一、2003年上半年煤炭市场基本走势 1.主要煤炭消费行业产品产量快速增长,拉动煤炭消费量增加 上半年,我国GDP增长8.2％,全国工业总产值(不变价格)增长25.2％,规模以上工业企业的增加值增长16.2％,增速比去年同期高4.5
