勘探开发企业质量考核体系建设的探索

近年来,中国石油天然气集团公司不断规范质量管理,强化质量考核工作,特别是基础管理建设工程明确提出要建立质量业绩考核体系,使质量考核的激励约束机制发挥了重要作用。根据石油勘探开发企业的行业特点,针对质量考核要求,就如何建立实施勘探开发企业质量考核体系,从质量考核的基本原则、组织机构、指标体系构成、计分方法、考核的实施等方面进行了分析和探讨。

A Research on the Construction of Quality Assessing System in Exploration and Development Enterprises

In recent years,China National Petroleum Corporation continuously standardized the quality management,enhanced the quality assessing work,and especially put forward the establishment of quality performance assessing system in basic management construction engineering,which made the incentive-constraint mechanism of quality assessment play an important part.According to the industrial characteristics of petroleum exploration and development enterprises,and the requirements of quality assessment,how to establish and implement the quality assessing system in petroleum exploration and development enterprises is analyzed and explored from the aspects like the basic principle of quality assessment,organization,the composition of index system,the scoring method,and the implementation of assessment.
