The effectiveness of quality management system is an attentive topic for certified enterprises. By means of designing the appropriate guidance of system construction during the planning period, and applying the eight quality management principles of customer focus, leader function, all employee participation, continuous improvement etc, the company has optimized the QMS documents and eliminated the difference between documents and action in the system design, and thus laid the foundation for the effective operation of system.
