电子商务发展的金融信贷支持途径探讨

电子商务是利用现代信息网络技术的一种全新的商务运作形式，与实体经济正加速深度融合，金融机构要积极主动、大胆创新，深入开展调查研究，紧抓重点、创新适合电商企业发展的金融产品和管理模式，培育专业营销团队，从多方面加强对电子商务发展的金融支持。

Discussion on the Financial Credit Support for the Development of Electronic Commerce

This paper tries to assess small and micro enterprises(SME) financing situation through complying composite index.The result shows that GuangDong SME ifnancing situation has improved totaly since 2013, but worse than large enterprises'; meanwhile, the index in pearl river delta was superior to the others of Guangdong province,with both of the gaps widening. Therefore, we should improve the incentive mechanism about SME ifnancing, urge interest rate mechanism to play bigger role in improving SME financing availability, and adjust the regional SME financing policy according to local conditions simultaneously.
